制药企业MES与ERP的集成技术及应用

摘要

在制药行业实现信息化的过程中，企业越来越强烈地意识到MES系统与ERP系统的有效集成在提高企业竞争力中的重要作用。针对制药生产工艺流程的特点，采用Web Service接口技术，实现了系统集成的中间件设计，集成后的系统很好地解决了生产工序不协同、数据交互难、计划制定不合理等问题。实践表明MES和ERP的集成与应用改善了生产线的运行效率，实现了生产管理和控制的一体化。%This paper is based on the characteristics of the pharmaceutical production process,using the Web Service inter-face technology to implement the middleware design of system integration.System integration is excel ent to solve production process out of sync,the data interaction is difficult,planning is not reasonable and so on.Practice shows that the MES and ERP application and integration can improve efficiency of production line,realizing the integration of production management.
