基于单片机和FPGA的抗恶劣计算机模块可靠性监控系统

摘要

介绍了一种用来测试抗恶劣计算机模块可靠性并进行故障诊断的可靠性监控系统。系统基于单片机和FPGA对抗恶劣计算机模块实现自动开关机，同时通过故障诊断软件测试模块是否异常，并记录开关机次数及故障情况。该系统已经过实际应用验证，具有体积小、成本低、可靠性高等优点。%A reliability monitoring system for testing reliability of reinforcement computer module and fault diagnosis is de-scribed in this paper.This system based on MCU and FPGA is used to switch the rugged computer modules automatical y, find abnormalities of reinforcement computer module by fault diagnosing software,record the number of switch times and fault conditions.The system has been verified in practice,with smal size,low cost and high reliability.
