Using chloroaluminate ionic liquid as the catalyst,cyclohexylbenzene was synthesized by the alkylation of cyclohexene and benzene. Chloroaluminate ionic liquid catalyst possessed good activity,but AlCl3 in ionic liquid was easy to be hydrolyzed,which resulted in deactivation of the catalyst. Ionic liquid was regenerated by adding AlCl3 and zeolite. The results showed that the regenerated catalyst could be used repeatedly for 3 times,and the yield of cyclohexylbenzene maintained above 70% . Ionic liquid could be repeatedly regenerated.%利用氯铝酸离子液体催化环己烯和苯进行烷基化反应合成环己基苯,活性好,但反应过程中离子液体中的AlCl 3容易发生水解,造成催化剂失活.通过添加AlCl 3和分子筛进行再生处理,可使离子液体催化剂恢复催化活性.再生后催化剂重复使用3次,环己基苯收率均大于70%,并可多次循环再生.
