CT增强扫描注射对比剂渗漏原因分析

摘要

目的:分析CT增强扫描注射对比剂渗漏的原因,并提出相应的干预处理对策.方法:取医院收治的行CT增强扫描患者160例,对其中出现的注射对比剂渗漏情况分析,提出预防干预策略.结果:160例患者出现对比剂渗漏11例,发生率6.88%(11/160),静脉留置针患者2例渗漏,采用钢针患者9例,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).CTA增强1例,普通增强10例,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).所有患者通过对症处理,均完成CT增强检查,无并发症.结论:患者临床CT增强扫描中,引起对比剂渗漏的原因包括多方面,要求行之有效的预防与处理措施,保证CT增强扫描顺利实现.%Objective: Analyzed the reasons of leakage of contrast agent in CT enhanced scan and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: Selected 160 patients diagnosed by CT enhanced scan, analyzed the leakage of the contrast agent, and proposed the prevention and intervention strategies. Results: 11 patients leaked the contrast agent, the incidence rate was 6.88%(11/160), 2 patients showed venous indwelling needle leakage, and 9 patients suffered from steel needle. The result is significant from a statistical view (P<0.05).There was 1 case of CTA enhancement and 10 cases of general enhancement. The statistical difference is useful (P<0.05). All patients without complications have completed the CT enhancement examination. Conclusion: Many reasons could cause contrast agent leakage in clinical CT enhanced scan.Effective prevention and treatment measures needs to be taken to ensure the successful implementation of CT enhanced scan.
