小断面隧洞钢模台车衬砌施工技术

摘要

就菲律宾安嘎特供水工程直径3．7 m、长2065 m供水隧洞混凝土衬砌采用3套全园针梁式钢模台车调仓衬砌快速施工，在通风、排水、供电、运输等方面采取了一系列措施，实现了保护层开挖支护、混凝土衬砌、灌浆消缺、底板清理等多工序最大限度的平行交叉作业，保证了施工速度和工程质量，为项目提前通水起到了决定性作用。%In construction of the water supply tunnel with 3.7 m diameter and 2 065 m long in the Angat water supply project in Philippine, quick lining construction techniques are adopted with three full-circle needle-beam steel template trolleys.Measures are taken in the ventilation, water drainage, power supply and transportation processes.The con-struction procedures thus can be carried out in a maximum parallel way, such as the excavation and support of protective layers, concrete lining, hollow filling grouting, ground clearance, etc.Therefore, a fast construction speed and a good quality are ensured.
