Management experiences in the first EPC ( Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract wind power development project of Chinese company in Pakistan are summarized.The key control points in overseas EPC contract wind power projects are discussed from the design, purchase and construction aspects, which is of great value to similar projects.%以中国在巴基斯坦实施的第一个风电EPC总承包项目的组织经验为背景，分别从设计、采购、施工3个方面，对海外风力发电EPC总承包项目控制关键点进行论述，为将来其他同类项目提供借鉴。
