道路工程土石方调配与施工进度的动态联合优化

             

摘要

Earthwork allocation is an important issue in the design and construction of subgrade in road engineering .Ac-cording to the construction characteristics and requirements of earthwork allocation , a dynamic and joint optimization model of earthwork allocation and construction schedule in road engineering is developed .In the optimization model , the dynamic characteristic of earthwork allocation , local adjustability of construction schedule , intensity limit of construction section are considered .Engineering practice of the optimization model shows an improved utilization ratio of earthwork from subgrade excavation , reduced amount of disposal and borrowed earthwork , reduced site area for disposal earthwork and land expropriation area for borrowed earthwork .As the environment protection along the road is improved , both the economic and ecological goals are achieved ultimately .Furthermore, the proposed model is of good practicability and maneuverability , which can be used in road engineering widely .%土石方调配是道路工程路基设计与施工中的重要问题。根据道路工程土石方调配施工的特点与要求,考虑土石方调配施工过程的动态性、施工进度的局部可调整性以及施工作业面的生产强度限制,将土石方的优化调配与施工进度结合,建立道路工程土石方调配与施工进度的动态联合优化模型,实现道路路基土石方调配的动态优化以及与工程进度的联合优化。工程实践应用表明,本模型的计算结果提高了道路路基开挖料的利用率,减少弃料量和借料区开挖量,减少了弃料占地面积和借料区征地面积,有利于保护道路沿线生态环境,最终实现了经济目标与生态目标的共同改进。本模型具有实用性和可操作性,满足工程应用的要求,可在道路工程中推广应用。
