南方区域抽水蓄能电站项目前期管理实践

摘要

The prophase management practice of pumped storage hydropower stations in Southern China is summarized and analyzed.The objective management , organization management , schedule management , technology and quality management in the prophase management and their meanings are discussed.Also, treatment measures are proposed for the problems found in practice.%对抽水蓄能电站项目的前期管理进行了分析和总结,对前期管理中的目标管理、组织管理、进度管理、技术与质量管理及其意义进行了论述,对管理实践中存在的问题提出了解决措施.
