潘口、小漩两库优化调度策略研究

摘要

以潘口、小漩水电站设计指标为依据，重点探讨了通过水库优化调度提高水能利用率的方式和策略，为从事水电站运行管理及水库调度、电力调度人员提供一些参考，使潘口、小漩水电站能经济运行，防洪、发电等综合效益得到充分的发挥。%Optimized dispatching approaches and strategies for Pankou and Xiaoxuan Hydropower Stations are discussed , which could improve their water energy utilization rate .Thus, both stations could operate economically and realize the comprehensive benefits in flood control and power generation .It could be a useful reference for operation management , reservoir dispatching and power dispatching engineers in hydropower stations .
