新型光电式垂线坐标仪的研制

         

摘要

A large-scale photoelectric pendulum telecoordinometer without lens is designed. Its principles, circuits and process are introduced. The reliability and stability of the coordinate measuring instrument are proved by the tests. By using linear point light sources without lens to provide illumination the problems of the lens mold under wet conditionsand the current worldwide instruments with measuring scale less than 50 mm are solved. The light sources are simple to be arranged and easy to be realized, and an increase of heating equipment is more suitable for its application in wet environment such as dams. Furthermore, the instrument has the features of stable working, on-site observation and so on. The measuring scale of new type photoelectric pendulum telecoordinometer is 100 mm.%介绍了所设计的一种大量程无透镜光电式垂线坐标仪的测量原理、测量电路及测量过程,并通过试验证明了该仪器的可靠性和稳定行.仪器采用线阵点光源提供光照,无需透镜,光源布置简单,易于实现,解决了在潮湿环境中镜头发霉的问题,增加了加热设备,更适合大坝等潮湿环境中应用,可进行现场观测,该垂直坐标仪的量程达到100 mm.
