高水头蓄能机组导叶下轴套密封研究

         

摘要

国内多个蓄能水电厂导叶下轴套密封在机组投产初期存在频繁漏水问题,本文总结了该密封的研究与改造的思路与方法。本文以某高水头蓄能机组的导叶下轴套密封为例,根据其结构特点分析了改造前导叶下轴套密封存在的问题及原因。然后针对性地提出了新密封的工作和设计要求,研究了新密封的材料选择、尺寸和形式设计的依据和方法,最终确定了符合要求的轴套密封新材料及创新结构设计。改造后的轴套新密封,工作可靠,运行效果良好。导叶下轴套密封的研究及成功改造对水电厂的设计和运维也有重要借鉴意义。%This paper concludes the thinking and method for the renovation of the lower bushing seal because of its frequent water leakage at the initial stage of the unit operation for some storage power station in China. At first,the paper introduces the structure characteristics of the lower bushing and its seals as an example from one of the high water head pumped storage units,and then makes an analysis for the water leakage and its cause;accordingly puts forward working and design requirements for the new seal;comprehensively confirms the new qualified materials and renovated structure and shape of the bushing seal. After the new bushing seal put into operation, it works reliably and has an excel ent performance. So this study and renovation also has a significant reference for the design, operation and maintenance of hydro-power plant.
