Concentration of ionic rare earth leaching solution by integrated membrane separation technology was researched .The results show that the leaching solution is purified with ceramic membrane and concentrated with nanofiltration membrane ,the rare earth concentration can be increased from 0 .33 g/L to 73 .46 g/L for N H4 Cl leaching solution ,and from 0 .46 g/L to 4 .23 g/L for (NH4)2SO4 leaching solution .The volume of leaching solution was reduced greatly ,thus can saving a lot of reagent and energy w hen recovering rare earth elements ,and recovery of rare earth elements can be improved .%研究了用膜分离集成技术浓缩低品位离子型稀土矿浸出液。试验结果表明:经过陶瓷膜除杂和纳滤膜浓缩后,含氯化铵浸出剂的浸出液中氧化稀土质量浓度由0.33 g/L浓缩到73.46 g/L ;而含硫酸铵浸出剂的浸出液中的氧化稀土质量浓度由0.46g/L浓缩到4.23g/L,浸出液体积大大减小,后续回收稀土的试剂和能耗成本降低,稀土回收率提高。
