氯化残渣水溶解性能试验研究

         

摘要

T he chloride residue is produced out in the producing process of titanium tetrachloride by chlorination process .The chloride residue easily dissolves in water .The influence of the residue granu-larity ,pH ,mass ratio of liquid to solid ,dissolution time and temperature on dissolution properties of chlorination residue were examined .The results show that at the conditions of pH of 1 .5 ,the mass ratio of liquid to solid of 4 .5∶1 ,dissolving time of 35 minutes ,and room temperature ,dissolution properties of the ground chloride residue is good .%用氯化法生产四氯化钛过程中产生一定量氯化残渣,该残渣极易溶解于水,对环境有一定污染。试验研究了氯化残渣粒度、pH、液固质量比、溶解时间和溶解温度对氯化残渣溶解性能的影响。试验结果表明:将结块的氯化残渣磨细,在pH为1.5、液固质量比为4.5∶1、室温下溶解35 min ,氯化残渣的溶解性能最好。
