用伯胺7101从钒渣浸出液中萃取钒

         

摘要

研究了用伯胺7101从钒渣浸出液中萃取钒,考察了萃取剂组成、两相接触时间对钒萃取率的影响,以及反萃取剂组成、温度及两相接触时间对钒反萃取率的影响。试验结果表明:对于钒质量浓度为17 g/L的钒净化液,用10%7101+10%仲辛醇+80%煤油作萃取剂,在常温、相比V o/V a=1/1条件下萃取5 min ,钒萃取率在90%以上,萃取剂饱和容量为29.5 g/L ;对于负载17.0 g/L钒的有机相,用170 g/L的(N H4)2 CO3溶液作反萃取剂反萃取沉淀钒,控制相比V o/V a =1/1,温度为35~40℃,两相接触15 min ,钒的反萃取率达99%,所得五氧化二钒产品质量质量优于YB/T5304-2011冶金99级标准。%The solvent extraction of vanadium using primary amine 7101 as extractant from vanadium slag leaching solution was studied .The effects of extractant composition and extraction time on extraction rate of vanadium ,and stripping agent composition ,temperature and contacting time on stripping rate of vanadium were examined .The results show that for the leaching solution which vanadium mass concentrate is 17 .0 g/L ,using 10% 7101+ 10% secoctyl alcohol + 80% kerosene as extractant ,vanadium extraction rate is over 90% under the conditions of 35 -40 ℃ ,Vo/Va = 1/1 , contacting time of 5 min .The extractant saturation capacity for vanadium is 29 .5 g/L .For the loading organic phase ,using 170 g/L (NH4 )2CO3 solution as stripping extractant to strip and precipitate vanadate ,under the conditions of room temperature ,V o/V a = 1/1 ,contacting time of 15 min ,the stripping rate of vanadium is over 99% ,and V2 O5 products quality is better than YB/T5304-2011 Metallurgical Grade 99 standard .
