五柱塞往复泵曲轴轴承的多体动力学分析

         

摘要

为了研究高压工况下柱塞往复泵曲轴轴承的动力学性能,联合应用ADAMS和AMESim软件建立五柱塞往复泵机液耦合作用的多体动力学模型,并采用ANSYS软件对曲轴做柔性化处理,最终建立计算数据动态传输的柱塞往复泵虚拟样机模型.研究结果显示:曲轴两端同型号轴承在同工况下的运行轨迹并非完全相同,且轴承保持架径向偏移区域主要位于柱塞液压力作用方向;滚子与内外圈的接触力为一对相互作用力,且滚子与保持架之间的碰撞力非常小.该文通过建立五柱塞往复泵虚拟样机模型,可以获得往复泵曲轴滚动轴承的内部动态特性,对其优化设计、故障诊断具有指导意义.%In order to study a plunger reciprocating pump crankshaft bearing dynamic characteristics under high pressure conditions, ADAMS and AMESim software are used to establish the mechanical-hydraulic coupling multi-body dynamics model of the five plunger reciprocating pump. The crankshaft is treated flexibly by ANSYS software and virtual prototype model is built by the calculating data dynamic transmission between them finally. The results show that there are differences between the two ends of the crankshaft with the same type of bearing in the same working condition, and the radial displacement of the cage is mainly located in the direction of the plunger hydraulic pressure; The contact force between the roller and the inner and outer rings is approximately a pair of interaction forces and periodically fluctuates, and the impact force between the roller and cage is very small. In this paper, a virtual prototype model of reciprocating five plunger pump is established,and the internal performance of reciprocating pump crankshaft rolling bearings can be obtained,and has guiding significance for its optimization design and fault diagnosis.
