Considering the special requirements for system reliability and maintainability in ocean working environment,a new active heave compensation system based on digital hydraulic was proposed.The system structure was analyzed,the mathematical model of digital hydraulic actuator was estabhshed,the system performances of preliminary design was verified,and frequency domain correction was conducted to satisfy the special characteristic requirements of hydraulic actuator for active heave compensation system.The results shows that the corrected digital hydraulic cylinder with sufficient stability margin,achieves high compensation accuracy and response speed,and well meet the needs of practical engineering.%考虑工作环境对系统可靠性和可维护性的要求,提出了一种基于数字液压的主动式波浪补偿系统.对系统结构进行了分析,建立了数字液压执行机构的数学模型,验证了初步设计的系统特性,并针对主动式波浪补偿系统对执行机构的特殊要求对系统进行了频域校正.结果表明,校正后的数字液压缸在保证补偿精度和响应速度的同时,具有足够的稳定裕度,能够很好地满足实际工程的需要.
