固定节流孔流量特性测试系统的误差分析

         

摘要

In order to measure the flow characteristics of fixed orifice, the testing system is designed according to international standard ISO6358-2013. The correctness and accuracy of the testing system will affect the measurement of flow characteristic parameters of pneumat-ic components. In this paper, the test method error and sensor error of testing system are analyzed and calculated, and the test results are compared with the simulation analysis. The results show that the testing system is reasonable and the measurement accuracy can meet the ap-plication requirements. At present, the testing system has successfully measured the flow characteristics of different types of fixed orifice.%为了测量固定节流孔的流量特性,该文根据国际标准ISO6358-2013设计了固定节流孔流量特性测试系统.测试系统的正确性和准确性会影响气动元件流量特性参数的测量.该文通过对测试系统的测试方法误差、传感器误差等进行分析计算,并将试验结果与仿真分析结果进行对比,验证此测试系统设计合理,测量精度满足使用要求.目前,该测试系统已成功测量出多组不同型号固定节流孔的流量特性参数.
