基于PLC控制的气动打标机系统设计

In the production process of mechanical products, in order to effectively manage and track the quality of productions , it is very necessary to mark. Pneumatic marking machine can print a variety of characters and patterns on mechanical products, in order to improve the degree of automation, pneumatic marking machine with gas-electric joint control came into being. This paper detailed analyzes the de-sign of pneumatic system and PLC control methods of a kind of pneumatic marking machine based on PLC control.%机械产品在生产过程中，为了进行有效的管理及质量跟踪，对其零部件进行标记是非常必要的。气动打标机可以在机械产品上打印各种字符和图案，为了提高自动化程度，气电联合控制的气动打标机应运而生。该文详细地分析了一种基于PLC控制的气动打标机的气动系统设计及PLC控制方法。
