高压过滤器密封性能提高优化设计

         

摘要

As the filter element in the gas supply system of the pipeline, the sealing performance of high pressure filter directly influences the working performance of the system. In order to improve the sealing performance of the filter to meet the requirement of long-term use, so the original filter structure is optimized. Though changing the material of the special gasket and adopting the double seal structure, the sealing performance of the filter is improved. And the reliability and life of the filter are improved, too. The rationality of the design is veri-fied by experiment, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the after study on sealing performance of the high pressure filter.%作为管路供气系统中过滤元件,高压过滤器密封性能的好坏直接影响系统的工作性能.为了提高过滤器的密封性能以满足长期使用的要求,对原有的过滤器结构进行了优化设计.通过更改异形垫圈的材料和采用双密封结构,提高了过滤器的密封性能,而且产品的可靠性和寿命也得到了提高.经过试验验证了设计的合理性,为后续高压过滤器密封性能的研究提供了理论和试验依据.
