液力变矩器闭锁过程仿真与不同摩擦副热固耦合分析

         

摘要

Aiming to simulate the slipping and friction process of lock-up clutch of hydraulic torque converter, a three dimensional model with fluid-solid coupling was set up to obtain the overall temperature field distribution of the lock-up clutch. By establishing a mathematical model of clutch powertrain, the variations of parameters in the slipping and friction process were analyzed based on Simulink and the fric-tion work was calculated. Finally, the variations of thermal flow field of different friction pairs were analyzed in Workbench through the re-sults of temperature field distribution and friction work. The thermo-solid coupling analysis of the lock-up process in this paper can provide a valuable reference for the design of lock-up clutch for engineering vehicles.%通过建立液力变矩器闭锁离合器的三维流固耦合模型,计算出整体温度场,模拟了闭锁离合器滑摩过程.建立动力传动系统的数学模型,基于Simulink解析闭锁滑摩过程中的各项参数变化,计算出了滑摩功.最终利用温度场分布以及闭锁过程的滑摩功的结果,在Workbench中分析了不同摩擦副的热流场变化情况.其中闭锁过程热固耦合分析可为车辆闭锁离合器的设计研究提供重要参考.
