插装式四通整流阀的布局和孔道连通优化设计

         

摘要

Deeply analyzed layout program and internal flow channel program of cartridge four-way rectifying valve of the double piston re-ciprocating pressure exchange energy recovery device of desalination. Combine with the cartridge units spatial relationship in the central block of three-dimensional layout and its own structural features, had established an optimized design model. Carried out cartridge unit inter-ference checking and optimized design of communication channels based on MATLAB which wrote the genetic algorithm program, and ulti-mately determined the optimal layout program of four-way rectifying valve cartridge unit. After optimized the integrated layout of the four-way rectifying valve cartridge unit was more compact, the internal communication channel path had reduced 20.4%than initial design.%深入分析了海水淡化双活塞往复式压力交换能量回收装置的插装式四通整流阀的布局方案和内部孔道的连通方案.结合插装单元在中心块立体布局的空间位置关系以及自身结构特点,建立了优化设计数学模型.基于MATLAB编写遗传算法程序进行插装单元间的外部干涉校核和孔道连通优化设计,最终求出插装式四通整流阀插装单元的最优布局方案.优化后的插装式四通整流阀的插装单元布局紧凑,内部孔道连通路径比初始设计缩短了20.4%.
