Jet pipe electro-hydraulic servo-valve has been widely used in ships,industry,Military field.Feedback spring has played the role of feedback in the valve,and it is also one of the key components that determines the life cycle of jet pipe electro-hydraulic servo-valve.Ac-cording to the steps of quality improvement and following the principle of PDCA cycle,the entire processing improvement has been de-scribed.%射流管电液伺服阀目前已广泛用于舰船、工业、军工等领域.反馈弹簧组件在伺服阀中担负着反馈作用,也是决定产品使用寿命长短的关键部件之一.该文按照质量改进的步骤,遵循PDCA循环的原则,对反馈弹簧组件的工艺改进过程进行了整理.
