新型零泄漏软密封液压锁设计

摘要

In order to improve the leg lock loop hydraulic system reliability,after long-term use of leg has a good position to keep function, has carried on the redesign to the original soft sealing hydraulic lock,developed a new type of soft sealing hydraulic lock.By improving the seal structure and seal material, solved the high pressure large flow frequent lock on soft gasket jet damage problem,both to achieve the high and low pressure condition of zero leakage,and can satisfy the demands of 10000 unlock reliability index.%为了提高液压系统支腿锁紧回路可靠性,实现长期使用后支腿具有良好的位置保持功能,对原软密封液压锁进行了再设计,研发了新型软密封液压锁.通过改进密封结构、密封材料等手段,解决了高压大流量频繁开锁对软密封垫射流损伤的问题,既实现了高、低压工况下的零泄漏,又满足1万次开锁的可靠性指标要求.
