送粉管道应力分析及布置优化

摘要

用CAESAR II软件对600 MW级火电机组送粉管道进行应力计算，分析接口热位移、管道膨胀趋势及管系受力分布等，合理设置支吊架，优化管道布置。%Based on the arrangement of pulverized coal piping in a 600 MW thermal power unit, stress is calculated by CAESAR Ⅱ software, and interface hot displacement, pipe expansion trend and stress distribution of piping system are anlyzed. The reasonable supports and hangers are designed, and the pulverized coal piping arrangement is further optimized.
