后危机时代农民工返乡创业的影响因素研究——基于问卷调查数据的实证分析

采用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法探索农民工返乡创业成效的影响因素,提出研究假设.在主成分分析的基础上,构建农民工返乡创业影响因素的评价模型以检验研究假设.结果表明,农民工返乡创业成效受沿海务工经历及内陆创业环境影响较大,但沿海地区扶持内陆农民工返乡创业成效有限.因此,亟待提高沿海地区扶持内地农民工返乡创业的力度,并改善内陆地区的创业环境.%The influence factors for migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship were explored by literature method, questionnaire method and interview method, and research hypotheses were put forward. Base on a principal component analysis, an evaluation model for evaluating influence factors for migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship was built to examine the research hypotheses. The results showed that the effect of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship is mostly affected by their coastal working experience and inland entrepreneurship environment, but the effect that coastal region supporting inland migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship is limited. Therefore, the level of coastal region supporting inland migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship need urgently to be enhanced and the inland entrepreneurship environment also need to be improved.
