PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing service to use a plurality of questionnaire answer results more effectively.SOLUTION: A computer 1 fuses each data of a first questionnaire and a second questionnaire conducted by different investigators directed at different monitors, using a similarity of answer contents for common questions included in both questionnaires as a key. In this case, the computer 1 allocates the same answer contents as the monitors' answer contents for questions included only in the second questionnaire to the monitors of the first questionnaire according to an allocation pattern provided based on the similarity. The allocation pattern is provided according to a statistical solution method so as not to change the collection results for questions included only in the first questionnaire after the fusion or so as to change the collection results for questions included only in the second questionnaire after the fusion. The computer 1 distributes the fusion data to terminals that send requests for data distribution.
