景天三七水培营养液配方研究

摘要

为了研究景天三七水培营养液配方,并探讨(氮与钾)N,K元素对景天三七(Sedum.k.F)次生代谢产物积累的影响,以景天三七幼苗为试验材料,采用3种不同水培营养液配方培养景天三七,以Hoagland营养液(霍格兰配方)为对照,30 d后进行生长形态及黄酮含量的测定.结果表明:在配方B水培条件下,景天三七的茎粗较粗,根长最长、地上地下部分的鲜重最重,地上部干重最重,地下部干重较重,黄酮类物质含量也较高,该配方是最适合景天三七水培生长的营养液配方;且提高水培营养液中N、K元素的浓度对景天三七中的黄酮类物质的产生有促进作用.%In order to study the hydropinic nurtient solution formul and the effects of N and K elements on the accumulation of secondary metabolites in Sedum.k.F, the seedlings of Sedum.k.F were cultured under four different hydroponic nutrient solutions. After 30 d, the morphological and physiological indexes of growth and the content of flavonoids were measured. The results showed that the formula of B was the most suitable nutrient solution formula of Sedum.k.F hydroponically grown with thicker stem, the longest root, the heaviest fresh weight, the heaviest aboveground dry weight, and heavier underground part dry weight, and flavonoids content was also high; the study indicated that the increase of the concentration of N and K elements in hydroponic nutrient is helpful for the production of flavonoids in Sedum.k.F.
