In recent years, Changsha vigorously promotes the specialized unified prevention and control of pests and diseases service, it achieved remarkable results after the development of 8 years. This article mainly carried on the investigation and study to the specialized unified prevention service organization and the peasant household in Changsha, described the current development status such as high turnover rate of mechanists, difficult to collect fees and other issues, put forward the countermeasures of training agricultural mechanists and increasing support.%近年来,长沙市大力推进病虫害专业化统防统治服务,经过8 a的发展,取得了显著的成效.本文主要通过对长沙市专业化统防统治服务组织及农户开展调研,详细阐述了当前发展现状及存在机防手流动性大、防治费用难收取等问题,提出培养农业机械手、加大扶持力度等相关解决对策.
