The mechanical and electrical integration technology is the combination of electronic technology and mechanical technology, is an interdisciplinary technology, is the product of the mutual infiltration of mechanical technology, microelectronics technology and information technology. The rapid development of the electromechanical integration technology has attracted widespread attention.
