手机生产线排序装置设计与仿真

摘要

针对机械手抓取生产线上手机难的问题，提出了手机生产线排序装置设计方案，采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对设计方案与现有方案进行了分析对比。依据分析结果提出了手机生产线排序装置的设计优化方案，利用PRO/E建立了三维设计仿真模型。该研究可以降低机械手的抓取难度，降低手机的生产成本。%It is very difficult for manipulator to capture mobiles on production line.This paper proposed a design scheme about sorting device,compared the difference between design scheme and current schemes based on ABAQUS,proposed an optimization design scheme of the sorting device based on the analysis results,designed a three dimensional model based on PRO/E.This study is beneficial to reduce the difficult for manipulator to capture mobiles and the cost to manufacture mobiles.
