凹印机纸张传送及收纸关键技术研究

摘要

In view of the printing paper process still relying on the original manual repetition labor, and labor intensity,low level of automation,high production cost,great waste of manpower and material resourcesseriously influence the automation level of the carton packing and so on.This paper does research on structure and design of the gravure press automation control system of paper machine,automated paper equipment virtual prototype technology and automated paper equipment and printing speed matching technology and then develops to adapt to the production automation of paper machine and to solve the traditional high-cost manual paper technology,low level of automation, high labor intensity,low production efficiency to realize the automatic car-ton packaging gravure paper and improve the level of gravure automatic production.%针对印刷成品的收纸工艺中仍然依靠原始的人工重复劳动，并且劳动强度大，自动化水平低，生产成本高，造成极大的人力和物力浪费，严重影响了纸盒包装的自动化水平等问题。通过对凹印机自动化收纸机结构和控制系统的设计研究，自动化收纸装备虚拟样机技术研究，自动化收纸装备与印刷速度匹配技术研究。研发出适应生产的自动化收纸机，解决传统人工收纸工艺成本高、自动化水平低、劳动强度高、生产效率低等问题，实现纸盒包装凹印自动化收纸，提高凹印自动化生产水平。
