高职就业指导与思想政治教育的优化对接方法探讨

摘要

当前人才市场竞争激烈，高校毕业生就业前景不容乐观。在高职院校适应当前教育教学发展需要时，高职院校学生就业问题已成为制约教育教学发展的重点问题。高职院校毕业生问题，不仅影响到高职院校自身发展，还会对整个高职院校队伍的发展产生影响。经过对高职就业指导与思想政治教育进行优化，强化就业指导，促进高职毕业生就业。%The current talent market competition is intense,the employment of university graduates outlook is not optimistic.In the time of adapting to the current teaching development,higher vocational college students employment problem has become the key problems which restricts the development of education and teaching.Problems of graduates in higher vocational collegesnot only affect their own development,but also affect the development of the whole team in higher vocational colleges.Byoptimizing the vocational employment guidance and ideological and political education,we strengthen the employment guidance,promote higher vocational graduate employment.
