武汉市住宅小区体育场地发展现状及对策研究

摘要

The study on the development of sports ground in residential areas of Wuhan city is made by using the methods of literature,field investigation and mathematical statistics. Based on analysis of residential areas present situation of sport ground,The results indicate that in Wuhan's residential areas, the number of sports ground and the average per person area faces a serious shortage and the land is not enough to built, the quality of construction is not high and the specification tends to be simple, the construction of sport ground split with residents demand. The following measures might be taken to promote better development in sports ground of residential areas. Mining the potential space ,sport department join the planning examination and approval, ensures the design、construction and put into use of sports ground are synchronized with the residential main body;Encouraging the community property income and housing maintenance funds can be used for ground maintenance and update; the government supports the merchant in community to do fitness service by pursuing services.%采用文献资料、实地调查和数理统计等方法就武汉市住宅小区体育场地发展进行研究。在分析武汉市住宅小区体育场地现状的基础上，指出武汉市住宅小区体育场地存在人均场地面积与场地数量严重不足，且无地可建；场地建设质量不高、规格不足；场地建设与居民需求割裂等问题。提出充分挖掘小区潜在空间；体育部门参与小区体育场地规划设计审核与验收，确保与住宅区主体工程同步设计、同步施工、同步投入使用；鼓励小区物权收益，住房维修基金可用于场地维修与更新；采取政府购买服务方式支持小区商铺从事健身服务业等建议，促进城市住宅小区体育场地的发展。
