Based on the transnational flow of footballers of European football clubs, the international flow is further studied with the help of other materials and references and mathematical statistics. Opposite to the research point about the transnational mobility policy of European football club players , there are four national leagues that are constituted by local players in the five European football leagues , which means that local players account for 50% of the total number of players. Only in German Bundesliga , there are more foreign players than local players. Italy and Spain use more local players of around 21 years old. It seems that they prefer to spend more time training young players , so that the local players can get more rapid development and then lay a foundation for the construction of their respective first-class team environment.%运用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法，研究欧洲足球俱乐部球员跨国流动政策问题。结论：与欧洲足球俱乐部球员跨国流动政策的研究观点相反，欧洲足球五大联赛中有4个国家联赛还是由本土球员构成，即本土球员占据了总球员数量的50%，只有德甲的外籍球员数量超过本土球员。意大利和西班牙更多使用21岁本土球员出场，西班牙和意大利愿意花更长时间培训青年球员，使本土球员得到长足发展，为各自一流的球队环境建设奠定基础。
