宏基因组技术在筛选未培养微生物中新型酶的研究进展

摘要

介绍了宏基因组文库的构建及酶基因的筛选方法,对瘤胃、土壤及其他环境中微生物宏基因组文库的构建和酶基因的筛选研究进行了综述,同时就宏基因组技术在未培养微生物研究中的应用进行了展望.%The metagenomic library construction and gene screening methods were described, and the microbiol metagenomic library construction and gene screening strudies of rumen,soil and extreme environments were reviewed. Meanwhile,the applications of metagenomic in uncultured microbial research were discussed.
