农业技术创新与农业现代化关系研究

摘要

Based on time series data(1985~2007), an empirical research on relationship between agricultural technology innovation and agricultural modernization in China was carried out. Results showed that there was an interactive relationship between technological innovation and agricultural modernization; Agricultural technology innovation played a vital role in agricultural production development and ecological improvement; People's better living standard and ecological improvement, in turn, boosted agricultural technology innovation. To guarantee the benign cycle, suggestions were put forward such as technology progress orientated agricultural modernization construction road, low-carbon economic development and encouragement mechanism of new technology extension.%采用1985 ～2007年的时间序列数据,对我国农业技术创新与农业现代化的关系进行了实证研究.结果表明,农业技术创新与农业现代化之间存在着良性的互动关系;农业技术创新可以促进生产发展和生态改善;人们生活水平的提高和生态的改善又促进了农业技术创新成果的应用.为了保障良性循环,提出了走科技进步主导的农业现代化建设道路、发展低碳经济、建立新技术扩散激励机制的建议.
