超声波醇提红蓝草紫色素工艺研究

             

摘要

Single factor experiment and orthogonal test was employed to explore the suitable ultrasonic method of extracting purple pigment from Peristrophe roxburghiana. The results showed that choosing 70% ethanol as extraction solvent, the extraction ratio of purple pigment would increase according to the increasing of ultrasonic power, extraction time and solid to liquid ratio. The optimum extraction craft was extraction solvent, 70% ethanol; extraction power, 300 W;extraction temperature,70 °C;extraction time, 45 min; solid to liquid ratio, 1:35.%通过单因素试验与正交试验研究了超声波醇提红蓝草紫色素的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,选择70%乙醇作为浸提溶剂,随着超声波功率的升高,提取时间的延长,料液比的增加,红蓝草紫色素的提取量呈增加趋势,最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂70%乙醇,功率300W,提取温度70℃,提取时间45min,料液比1:35(W/V,g:mL).
