激光扫描共聚焦显微镜显示土壤原生动物细胞结构的研究

A laser scanning confocal microscopy technique to observe the cell structure of soil protozoa was introduced. And also, the keys in actual operation were summaried. The ciliature microtubular organelles and the base-associated microtubules in the cell surface of soil protozoa were visualized sharply.%介绍了一种运用激光扫描共聚焦显微术显示土壤原生动物细胞结构的方法,试验结果较清晰地显示出该纤毛虫细胞表面纤毛器及纤毛器基部附属微管结构,并总结了试验操作过程中的注意点.
