对斑点叉尾鮰的血液学各项指标进行测定的结果表明,与健康组对比,患病组除嗜碱性粒细胞及平均HGB浓度略有升高外,其他数据都降低.健康组红细胞数为2.54×1012个/L,患病组为2.28×1012个/L,患病组红细胞数显著降低(P<0.05);健康组白细胞数为224.99 × 109个/L,患病组为116.20×109个/L,两者存在极显著差异(P<0.01);健康组红细胞压积为42.30%,患病组为37.26%,两者存在极显著差异(P<0.01);健康组血小板总数(血栓细胞)为24.67×109个/L,患病组为2.60×109个/L,两者存在极显著差异(P<0.01).血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量升高,白蛋白含量降低,其中患病组白蛋白和球蛋白的改变与健康组相比有显著差异(P<0.05).%The haemotological indices of channel catfish were determined. The results showed that all indices except the basophil and MCHC of case group were lower than that of control group. The RBC, WBC, HCT and Pit of control group was 2.54×1012/L, 224.99×109/L, 42.30％, 24.67×109/L respectively; while these indices of the case group was 2.28×1012/L,116.20×109/L, 37.26％, 2.60×109/L, respectively, which was significanfiy(P＜0.05) or very singnificantly lower(P＜0.01) lower than that of the control group. The TP and GLO of case group was higher than that of the control group. But the ALB was lower than that of control. There was significant difference of ALB and GLO between the two groups.
