烯效唑与胺鲜酯复配浸种对水稻秧苗生长的影响

摘要

Rice seeds were soaked with 5 mg/L uniconazole and 2.5 mg/L diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate before sowing. And the regulating roles on morphogenesis and some physiological characteristics of rice seedling were studied. The results indicated that this mixture could not influence emergence rate, but could improve the growth and development process of rice seedling, elevate stem thickness and seedling index. Furthermore, they could regulate the root development, promote the morphogenesis, and increase the ability of photosynthesis and respiration of rice seedling to some extent.%以5mg/L烯效唑与2.5mg/L胺鲜酯复配浸种为处理,以蒸馏水浸种为对照,研究其对水稻秧苗形态建成及部分生理特性的调控作用.结果表明,该复配药剂对水稻的出苗率无影响,但可明显提高水稻秧苗的生育进程、茎充实度和壮苗指数,调控根系发育,有利于水稻秧苗的形态建成,并能在一定程度上提高水稻秧苗的光合与呼吸等生理代谢能力.
