低腥味大豆新品种荆豆1号的选育及栽培技术

         

摘要

Jingdou 1 had a plant height of 68.4cm and 16.6 nodes on main stem with a growth period of l14d. During the 2004~2005 Hubei soybean test, the average yield of Jingdou I was 2 502.0 kg/hm2, 8.74% higher than the control Zhoagdou 8, ranking the first. Jingdou I had strong stress-resistance especially lodging resistant and gray leaf spot disease resistant,and it lacked lipoxygenase. The test center of department of agriculture grain quality supervision reports that of Jingdou 1 's three lipoxygenase, L1 was ectopie, L2 and L3 were missing. Trial results showed that Jingdou 1 had average crude fat content 20.18%, crude protein content 39.11% and low odor. Jingdou 1 was suitable for cultivation of summer sowing in Hubei province.%高产大豆新品种荆豆1号株高68.4 cm,主茎节数16.6个,全生育期114 d.2004~2005年参加湖北省夏大豆区域试验,平均单产2502.0 kg/hm<'2>,比对照中豆8号增产8.74%,居参试品种首位;该品种抗逆性强,尤其抗倒伏和抗灰斑病;品质优良,为脂肪氧化酶缺失类型,3种脂肪氧化酶L1异位、L2和L3缺失,平均粗脂肪含量20.18%,粗蛋白含量39.11%,且无腥味.该品种适宜在湖北省作夏大豆种植.
