金叶接骨木离体快繁的研究

摘要

以金叶接骨木(Sambucus canadensis L.cv.Aurea)的幼嫩茎尖为试材进行组织培养研究.建立其快繁体系.结果表明,芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 4.0 ms/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.2 mg/L,其萌芽率为94.17%;最适增殖培养基是MS+6一BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,其增殖系数为6.1.生根培养基以MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L的长势最好,生根率达到了97%.%The tissue culture system of the Sambucus canadensis L. cv. Aurea was established using stem apex as the material. The results showed that. the optimum medium for shoot induction was MS +6-BA 4.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.2 mg/L, germination rate was 94.17％ ; optimal proliferation medium was MS+6 -BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L, the multiplication coefficient was 6.1. The rooting medium was MS+NAA O.lmg/L +6-BA 2 mg/L, growth was the best and the rooting rate was 97％.
