用气相色谱外标法建立了活性炭复合滤嘴中烟碱的定量方法.结果表明.烟碱含量与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数(r)=0.999 8,烟碱的RSD为1.22%(n=8),回收率为96.6%～103.8%.该方法适用于活性炭复合滤嘴中烟碱的测定.%Gas chromatography with external standard method was applied to quantitative analysis of nicotine in active carbon composite filter. The relationship between quantity of nicotine and peak area was lined and its correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The RSD of nicotine was 1.22％ (n=8), the recovery rate was from 96.6％ to 103.8％. The method was suitable for detecting nicotine in active carbon composite filter.
