采用二因素三水平的完全随机区组设计,研究了基质与营养钵规格不同组合对文冠果实生苗生长的影响.结果表明,不同基质与营养钵规格组合所引起的苗木的株高、地径、叶数、叶绿素含量、木质素含量、植株地上、地下的干重有差异,A1B3(羊粪∶园土∶沙=1∶3∶1与12 cm×13 cm的营养钵)为最佳组合.%To investigate the growth of the seedling of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, a completely randomized block design of two factor and three levels was applied. By analyzing the growth and physiological indexes including high, diameter, number of leaves,chlorophyll content, content of lignin, fresh weight and dry weight, the optimum combination of subrate and nutrition pot was established. The result indicated that A1B3(Sheep droppings: Garden soilis:sand=1:3:1 and 12cm×13cm nutrition pot)was the best combination.
