从武汉市某印染厂活性污泥中分离出17株具有絮凝活性的菌株,复筛后得到1株较高絮凝活性菌,命名为fd20.采用全自动细菌鉴定系统Vitck-32进行生化特征鉴定,初步鉴定该菌株为少动鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas paucimobilis).对该菌的絮凝条件进行了优化,结果表明,加入0.6mL的1%CaCl2或絮凝菌液投加量为0.1 mL时,该菌株对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率可达93%以上.%17 hioflocculant-producing bacteria were screened from activated sludge from outfall of a printing and dyeing mill.After rescreening, a strain (named fd20) with higher activity was obtained. Analyzed by the automated hacterial identification system, Vitck-32. this strain was identified as Sphingomonas Paucimobilis. The flocculation rate of this strain to kaolin suspension was above 93% when 0.6mL of 1% CaCl2 or 0.lmL bacilli was added in.
