氮离子注入对黄瓜当代生物学效应的影响

         

摘要

试验研究了氮离子注入黄瓜种子后引起的当代诱变效应.结果表明,氮离子注入剂量在0.05×1014~1 000×1014 N+/cm2范围内对黄瓜的种子发芽率、出苗率、第一雌花节位和黄瓜子产量等影响不大;成苗率则随着注入剂量的增大而减少;各个处理对株高的日增长量均有不同程度的影响,以5×1014 N+/cm2处理的株高日平均增长高度最大.在试验处理范围内,氮离子处理区间在植株和商品瓜形态上表现出了广泛的变异,以300× 1014 N+/cm2处理的变异率最高,其子叶畸形率、植株形态变化率和商品瓜变异率分别达到了16.0%、4.3%和5.2%.%The mutagenic effect of N+ implantation in cucumber(Cucumis sativus L) seeds on the same generation of cucumber was studied. The results showed that the effect of N+ implantation at the dose of 0.05×1014 to 1 000×1014 N+/cm2 in cu-cumber seed on germination rate, emergence rate, position of the first female flower and cucumber seed yield was small; while seedling rate decreased with the increase of implantation dose. Daily growth of plant height differed in different treatments, and was the highest with 5×1014 N+/cm2 treatment. In the test range, plants and commodity melon morphology exhibited wide variability. The mutation rate of 300×10l4N+/cm2 treatment was the highest, the cotyledons deformity rate, plant morphology differentiation rate and commodity melon variation rate achieved 16.0%, 4.3% and 5.2% respectively.
