不同土地利用方式下土壤线虫群落的垂直分布分析

摘要

The vertical distribution of soil nematodes communities under six modes of land use such as rice field, wetland grassland and corn field, and so on was investigated. The vertical distribution characteristics of soil nematode communities composition and biodiversity in soil depth were analyzed. Results showed that there were significant differences in vertical distribution in total number of nematode in rice field and wetland grassland, number of plant parasites in corn field, omnivores predators in forest. Diversity indices in corn field significantly differed with soil depth. The vertical distribution of soil nematode communities was different in the six modes of land use.%对佳木斯地区水稻地、湿地草甸与玉米地等6种土地利用方式下土壤线虫群落的垂直分布进行了研究,分析了土壤线虫群落组成及多样性在土壤深度的分布特征.结果表明,水稻地和湿地草甸的土壤线虫总数、玉米地的植物寄生线虫数量、林地的捕食杂食线虫数量随土壤深度变化显著;玉米地土壤线虫群落的多样性指数随深度变化显著；不同土地利用方式下土壤线虫群落在不同土壤深度的垂直分布存在一定差异.
