水杨酸对Cd2+胁迫下小麦的影响

         

摘要

研究水杨酸(SA)对Cd2+胁迫下小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以及叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、过氧化物酶(POD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.结果表明,在Cd2+胁迫下小麦种子发芽率、平均根长和平均芽长都受到抑制,且Cd2+浓度越高抑制程度越大,同时小麦的SOD、POD活力升高,叶绿体含量下降,MDA含量升高.SA处理提高了在Cd2+胁迫下小麦的种子发芽率、平均根长、平均芽长和叶绿素含量,并进一步提高了SOD、POD活力,降低了MDA含量.SA能在一定程度上减轻Cd2+对小麦种子及幼苗的伤害.%Effects of salicylic acid(SA) on seeds germination and seedling growth of wheat under Cadmium(Cd2+) was studied. The changes of chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were tested. The results showed that germination rate, average root length and shoot length of wheat were inhibited under Cd2+ stress. The higher the Cd2+ concentration, the higher inhibition extent was. Meanwhile, SOD and POD activity and MDA content were increased; chlorophyll content was decreased. The germination rate, average root length, mean bud length and leaf chlorophyll content of wheat were increased by SA treatment. Moreover, the content of MDA was reduced; and SOD, POD activity were increased. SA could relieve the damage of Cd2+ on wheat seed and seedling to some extent.
