采用免疫组化及RT-PCR技术检测广西摩拉杂交水牛乳腺组织中的促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)及其受体.结果表明,15份正常乳腺组织中有13份呈GnRH免疫阳性反应,免疫阳性产物主要集中在腺泡细胞的胞质和胞膜,胞核无特异性染色;同时扩增的目的条带大小为1 008bp,与促性腺激素释放激素受体(GnRHR)基因片段大小一致.%The gonadotropic releasing hormone (GnRH) and its receptor (GnRH-R) in the mammary gland of Cuangxi hybrid Murrah Buffalo were detected by immuno-histochemical and reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR). The results showed that in 15 pieces of normal mammary gland tissue, there were 13 samples observed positive immunoreaction. The immunoreactive productions were mainly distributed in the cytoplasm and membrane of acinar cells; and it was negative in nucelus. The amplified target fragment was about 1 008 bp which was conformance to GnRH-R gene fragment.
