防堵式生物质颗粒水平螺旋进料器的设计

     

摘要

生物质快速热解过程中,连续不间断地供料是反应进行的关键.普通的螺旋进料器在输送生物质小颗粒时容易出现堵塞.通过对进料器两端轴承的受力分析并且观察在输料过程中出料口和进料口出现堵塞的情况,根据螺旋轴两端受力不同选择了不同的轴承,在出料口设计半圈或者一圈相反旋向的螺旋叶片,在进料口设计由凸轮-弹簧-导杆组成的防堵机构.所设计的防堵式水平螺旋进料器在实际运用中具有进料流畅、稳定均匀、密封性好等特点.%In the process of biomass fast pyrolysis, continuous feeding is the key of reaction. Biomass particle is prone to clogging the common screw feeder. According- to the stress analysis of the bearings at both ends of the feeder and the clogging of outlet and inlet of feeder, the different bearings were chosen and the spiral blade which was in the semi—circle or circle of the opposite rotation in the outlet was designed. The anti-blocking mechanism composed by cam-spring-guide was also designed in the inlet. The feed was smooth, stable and uniform, good sealing in the practical application.
